All the more reason why everyone should become self-owning individuals and defund many government agencies.
In reading Article 1, Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution I find no reference to any authority granted, created, or bestowed upon the fedgov to create any bastardized so-called agency such as FEMA.
My message? Simplify, simplify, simplify! Disband FEMA, CIA, and ilk --- including the Federal Reserve System, Inc.
If I'm seeing things correctly, Mr. Trump is of the same opinion.
